Food Porn

As many of you who talk to me regularly know, last year I had some blood work come back with high sugar levels. My doctor said it could be an early sign of Diabetes. I checked online and found I could avoid it with diet and exercise, so I swore off sugar indefinitely, and start watching my carbs. In the space of three months I dropped almost thirty pounds, six of it in the first week alone. As I went I tried to figure out different ways to cook the food I like, that are more diet friendly. I’ve come up with a lot of substitutes, and will try to get some the stuff I figured out up here, eventually. If you know cool tricks, please lay them on me.
